Founded in February of 2025, P.R.O. Esports Consulting, LCC is committed to driving esports excellence through our exceptional services and strategic insights. Our team is dedicated to empowering businesses with the knowledge and resources they need to thrive in the dynamic esports landscape.
Informed Opinions From an Industry Veteran
Our founder, Jarod Ericksen, has worked in competitive esports environments including semi-professional, junior college, and university levels. He served as captain of the Chicago Force, a member of the Membership & Recruitment Committee for the NJCAAE, and as the Esports Chair for the WHAC.
He has also worked as a youth esports program developer for N1 Esports and most recently, playlabs. At playlabs he worked directly with the city of Farmington Hills, MI to develop and deliver impactful esports programming at the recreational level.
